Time saved = task repetitions × minutes per task × assumed reduction ÷ 60, adjusted to a week. Daily repetitions are multiplied by 5 workdays; monthly repetitions are multiplied by 12 ÷ 52 to get a weekly average. The annual estimate uses 52 weeks at the same workload.
Use the reduction you think is realistic after human review and corrections. These estimates exclude setup, training and ongoing maintenance time. Actual results depend on the task, tools and quality requirements. Time saved may be used for other work; it is not a cash-savings or performance guarantee.

Who will I work with?
You’ll work directly with me, Michael Noke, founder of Flow State AI Solutions. FSS serves owner-led businesses in the United States.
Where do I start?
Start with a 30-minute conversation at no cost and with no pressure. Tell me about your tools, what’s taking your time, and what you’d like to improve. I’ll help identify a practical first step. Let’s connect.
Do I need to replace my software?
My starting point is the software you already use. I look for unused features, overlapping subscriptions, and opportunities to connect tools before recommending changes.
Do I need experience with AI?
You don’t need to know which AI tool or automation to choose before getting in touch. Share the problem you want to solve. I also offer hands-on AI training and enablement for teams.
How do you handle access, data and ownership?
I start with an NDA and request only the access needed for the project. You own the custom deliverables as set out in our signed agreement, subject to preexisting tools and third-party rights. We agree on data-retention and deletion terms before work begins. Client approval is required before client data is sent to an AI provider. Read the privacy notice.
Can you help after a project is built?
I offer ongoing support to monitor, maintain, and improve automations as your business and tools evolve. The support needed is something to discuss when planning the work.
